These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and payments made to and by Indian Sweets. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing and explicitly for specific points. All other provisions remain in effect. By accepting an offer or placing an order, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
Indian Sweets reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes also apply to ongoing agreements.
Offers and prices listed by Indian Sweets are non-binding, and no liability is accepted for typographical or printing errors. Indian Sweets reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in costs, currency rates, or legal regulations.
All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of order and shipping costs or other charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual products.
By placing an order via www.indiansweets.nl, phone, or email, an agreement is established. Indian Sweets reserves the right to refuse orders without explanation or impose conditions, such as requiring upfront payment.
Orders placed electronically are confirmed immediately. Customers can cancel their order if confirmation has not yet been received.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Sales are final once payment is successfully completed. If a customer is dissatisfied with their order or delivery, Indian Sweets can be contacted at info@indiansweets.nl to find a suitable solution.
Indian Sweets ensures careful handling of orders and deliveries. The delivery address provided by the customer will be used.
In case of delays or partial deliveries, the customer will be informed within 30 days of placing the order. The customer may cancel the order at no cost, and Indian Sweets will refund any payments promptly.
The risk of damage or loss remains with Indian Sweets until the order is delivered to the customer.
Payments can be made via iDeal or through invoicing (to be settled within 14 calendar days). The customer must report any discrepancies in payment information immediately.
If payment is not made on time, Indian Sweets will issue a reminder, granting 14 days to settle the outstanding amount. After this period, statutory interest will be charged, along with collection fees as applicable.
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt. Complaints must be submitted within one day of delivery, specifying the nature of the issue. Any visible defects or shortages must be reported within six hours of receipt.
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by a competent court in the Netherlands.
